We collect the details you give us when you book a session, create an account, subscribe to the schedule or send a message: name, work email, telephone number, employer and the industry you selected.

We also record which sessions you booked or attended, so we can issue certificates and provide attendance records.

Why we hold it

To deliver the training you booked, issue certificates, answer your questions and — where you asked for it — send the weekly schedule.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your theme preference, cart contents and saved courses in your own browser using local storage. That data never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Booking and attendance records are kept for seven years to support your own training records and our accounting obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Third parties

We use payment processors and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf under contract. They may not use it for their own purposes.
