The terms that apply when you book training through this site.

Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when payment clears and we send the confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars and cover one named attendee unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes apply one per order and cannot be combined.
Attendance
A seat covers one person. Sharing a joining link with additional attendees is not permitted; for groups, use our corporate rates instead.
Materials and copyright
Slides, handouts and recordings are licensed to your organisation for internal use. You may share them with colleagues. You may not resell them, publish them externally or use them to deliver your own commercial training.
Changes to a session
Occasionally a presenter becomes unavailable. Where that happens we offer an alternative date or a full refund, at your choice. We give as much notice as circumstances allow.
Nature of the content
Our sessions are educational. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Decisions about your own compliance obligations should be taken with your own advisers.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
