Refund & rescheduling policy
When you can get your money back, and when we move you instead.

Live sessions — more than 48 hours notice
Cancel more than 48 hours before the start time and we refund in full to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
Live sessions — less than 48 hours notice
Inside 48 hours we cannot refund, because the presenter is already committed. We will move you to any future date free of charge, or issue a credit valid for twelve months.
If you simply do not attend
You still receive the recording, the handout and the certificate. A no-show is not refundable, but nothing is lost — the material reaches you either way.
On-demand recordings
Refundable within seven days of purchase provided the recording has not been accessed. Once it has been opened it cannot be returned.
If we cancel or reschedule
You choose: move to the new date, switch to any other session of equal value, or take a full refund. We contact every registrant directly.
